Sunday, April 14, 2024 - Only bottle from this vintage AND only bottle of white bordeaux from my cellar, so I am not really qualified to talk about this wine of which existence I was reminded by the notes of Chatters.

That said, this bottle paired perfectly with a royal gilthead bream cooked in the oven with vegetables. And yes, once you think about bruised apples in relation to this wine, it's hard not to identify this taste.
