Friday, February 21, 2014 - Dinner at HSA (Østerbro, Copenhagen): To young, IMHO; some spicyness and loads of minerality adds to the butterscotch flavors, the fruitiness is up front, but there is something waiting to unleash underneath. It will be better, certainly.
