Friday, August 18, 2023 - This drank extremely well. Opened up and put in the decanter for 2 hours before drinking.
It really came alive after about 4 hours. Was perfect with a short rib ragu.

Mushroom upfront, some tomato leaf, red and black fruits.

On the palate, super well integrated, fine grained medium tannin, still good acidity. Sour cherry, more mushroom/sous bois and notes of dark chocolate.

I think this will stay in this place for some years, but not really a sense in holding if you have any.
