Friday, December 5, 2014 - Amazing, nearly perfect, ready-to-drink brunello... Nose of cocoa and currant with a hint of Tuscan earth and tobacco that diminished slightly after 2 hrs decanting. Silky tannin and ripe cherry fruit blended into a well-balanced delivery of pleasure-filled delight. As good as we remembered it being on the trip when we purchased it from the Banfi Estate in 2002. 95 points.
