Sunday, November 11, 2012 - Complex floral nose of black berries, forest, pepper and smoked meat. Cool and meaty palate with black berries, pepper, american styled garrigue, salami and minerals. Good structure, great acidity, good tannins and a long and complex finish. More fleshy than Northern Rhône, but wonderful and in balance.
