Monday, December 26, 2022 - In my cellar since release. Decanted and poured late at a family gathering. Very dark opaque garnet with little to no sign of age. 15.2% ABV shows a little on the nose and palate. Dark berry fruit and bramble notes as well. Smooth and easy to drink though intense without food late in the evening. Needs a steak or braised meat dish to really sing in my view.
