Tuesday, November 17, 2020 - I’m a big fruit forward California cab guy. Maybe too much sometime. This was a perfect balance of fruit and a little tannin. Smooth but not too smooth if that makes sense. A bit of sediment but that’s expected in an 08 I think. Made a couple Costco steaks that we sous vide beforehand then finished on the grill. Perfect. Probably a bit much for a Tuesday!
