Saturday, April 27, 2024 - Drank this with an 05 Pegau. Improved after about an hour of air in the bottle. Lovely nose of dark cherries, some savory notes and a little funk. Beautifully smooth mouthfeel compared to the more rustic Pegau. Palette of cherries, some savory notes, earth and iron. Really lovely CNdP, hard to pick which one we liked best between this and the Pegau.
