Tuesday, October 14, 2008 - Makansutra's Wine Dinner @ Golden Sands (Golden Sands @ AMK): An interesting blend of Riesling and Gurwurtz. Very stong on the apple core. Some lychees and just a dash of pineapple. Although slightly aged, its still retains some fresh acidity. Some spice notes on the finishing. This blend might be the next big thing!
