Friday, December 25, 2009 - While the alcohol has faded and the acid has neutralized, this cab remains rich and full bodied with vivid and plentiful fruit and lingering tannins, almost a distant mirror to their pinots. This was a surprise and a real winner. Kistler should have kept making cabernets.
