Friday, June 26, 2015 - Nose: The nose is raw and bloody with black cherries, black pepper, funk, violets, earth, leather, smoked meats. The nose is changing and moving around in lots of fun ways.

Taste: Medium bodied with medium+ acdidity and silky tannin. The structure is still youthful, but there is a refined nature too with black cherries, smoked meats, black pepper, florals, and leather.

Overall: This is a gorgeous Cote Rotie. It's drinking beautifully and can certainly age further. There is a nuanced, yet raw side to it.
