Monday, February 27, 2023 - Light seepage. Ullage in the neck. Smelled okau and decided to decant, which was the right choice. Light-moderate aromas of spiced black cherry, hint of reduction — classic Clos Electrique. Fresh tingly acid, with moderate+ flavors of red/dark fruits, forest floor, light tannins, with plenty of underlying structure. Medium body. Drink or hold for a decade plus.
