Sunday, November 17, 2013 - Chose this from 1/2 bottle Le Champignon Sauvage's list as I needed a white to pair with a few dishes from their tasting menu.

Medium to intense yellow gold. Medium intensity nose with honeysuckle and dried apricots the main flavour profiles. The wine is on the sweeter end of the 'dry' spectrum with the floral and dried summer fruit notes making it appear sweeter. Rich, could do with a bit more acidity. Generally worked well with all the dishes on the menu compared to the red counterpart.
