Monday, May 31, 2010 - Tasted at the Copain Winery. Although I enjoyed all the wines at Copain, the Kiser stood out. It doesn't try to knock you out with too much fruit, but instead is a smooth Burgundian style Pinot that has hints of cherry cola and lavendar. A really stunning wine, and my favorite wine overall from the 7 wineries visited this week in Napa, Santa Cruz and Sonoma.
