Saturday, March 26, 2011 - Dark red/black raspberries and brown spices are awash on both the nose and palate. I’m becoming a big fan of this vineyard, thanks to Wells’ efforts. The fruit, acid and tannins are all in alignment working together to extend the finish. This is really quite delicious and, after our tasting there last week and now this bottle, I’m deciding that I need to start buying more Copain.
