Saturday, January 26, 2013 - Much better than my last bottle. This was a classic CA Cab. Fruit which couldn't be Bordeaux, but was full and so well integrated with the still present tannins and strong acidity. A benchmark CA Cab for my taste. Plum, a touch of herb and a big mouth feel. This is in its drinking plateau but can go a lot longer. One of these days I'm going to try a Maya, but in the meantime this is delish.
