Wednesday, December 24, 2008 - 1996 Dalla Valle Cabernet Sauvignon, 85% CS, 12% CF and 3% Merlot, alc 13.5%...decanted briefly..kirsch and blueberry on the nose...velvety smooth on the palate with a variety of dark fruits...tannins have receded...drinking very well
