Sunday, July 17, 2011 - Dense plum red with a thin brick red rim. Nose is full of plum, cherries, bell peppers, and a touch of licorice. Silky smooth and full mouthfeel with a strong backbone of peppery dark red fruit with hints of oak. Sweet tannins at the very long finish.
