Monday, January 7, 2019 - Ageing slowly. Quite a lot of oak still. Needs lots of air (not just a couple of hours). Seems to have staying power for some years, but I suspect that the oak will always be dominant. However, given that 2005s are slow to mature generally, I'll keep the remaining couple of bottles to see what happens.
