Tuesday, February 3, 2009 - Tasted at Clos Wine Bar. This wine was a really nice treat. Color was dark red/garnet with some signs of its age. Nose of Eucalyptus, Mint, Cherry, Raspberry and herbs that kept changing. Very Perfumed. The attack was full of nice fruit, silky texture, that ended in a drying chalky finish. But not unpleasantly so. The mint/eucalyptus carried through the finish nicely. In its peak right now. Drink up.
