Friday, March 2, 2007 - Concentrated berries & cassis nose upon opening. Very dense and chewy with lots of blackberyy, boisenberry, & smoke. Still good amount of tannn and residue at the bottom. Layers of taste that you slid though my teeth. Almost pulp like in consitency but vaporish on swallowing. A little tart on the aftertaste was the only rub. Overall a wonderful wine.
