Sunday, December 10, 2017 - Chicago Wine Flock..."Bordeaux and Cali Cab from Jordan" (Chez Whitehead - Northbrook IL): Tasted double blind in what turned out to be 1997 Cali Cab flight, all open 4 hours in advance with a quick double decant. Easily the best of the flight. Rich and powerfully ripe, yet balanced and refined. Big, bold, harmonious. Easy identifiable as Cali Cab.
