Sunday, July 25, 2021 - Excellent fully mature Cab, peak drinking, dark fruit still very much alive with lots of secondary and tertiary aromas: truffle, barnyard, tobacco, cocoa, allspice and cardamom. Palate is medium bodied, mouth coating black fruit laced with truffle and spices. Long finish. Excellent!
