Monday, May 16, 2016 - Getting better over time... Best bottle yet; filling out, bigger, better body. While still a bit closed on the nose this is classic CDP with garrigue,a little soy and savory notes, black and red fruit marmalade, good acidity and body, fine tannins and long finish... Not quite at its peak. Yummy.
