Wednesday, June 8, 2016 - Interesting nose of green beans, cassis and eucalyptus. Perfectly resolved tannins so the wine slides gloriously over the tongue with lovely balance and delicious softened black fruits. There are notes of green bean and cassis on the finish along with eucalyptus and minerals. Fresh and perfectly ripe with superb complexity. The standard for how Cabernet should be grown and vinified in California and stunning to drink now.
