Monday, November 21, 2011 - Ridge Monte Bello 1994-2000 Vertical with Eric Baugher (Handford Wines, London): Another cool vintage, another classic Bordeaux nose. Long fruit driven core as well. Still very powerful and alive with lots of tannin. Firm, tight high acidity and tannic. 12.5% alc. A lot of harsh notes and dry finish. 90 at best.
