Tuesday, February 20, 2007 - Drank during son's baptism weekend with family. This needed time in a decanter to develop and was quite subtle during the two hours we nursed it. I was surprised to find a Rutherford dirt quality to it. I cannot imagine it improving but it probably has a few more years to go.
