Plenty of acid but still manages to be cloyingly over-ripe. I'm a fan of modern ripe Chateauneuf but this tastes like a Grenache recioto. Went back after a few hours but still no redeeming qualities. The only bottle that wasn't drained on the night, the last half was poured down the drain. Average at best.
