Saturday, February 16, 2013 - This was an utterly beautiful wine. Drinking young, but well. Surprisingly open. Nice bouquet, waves upon waves of flavor. Persimmon, olive, bacon fat, smoke, loads of sweet red and blue fruit. Fresh, and long. Lots of charm here. A joy to drink. 1st bottle of a case, this will be a fun one to follow over the years.
