Sunday, August 18, 2013 - Wow. Such impeccable balance. Less powerful initial nose than some, but as it warms in the glass slightly this opens up - and such length! Imagine depth of Krug, but more delicate balance lasting 30+ secs. Mid yellow already in this 2011 disgorged bottle. Not sure how it will develop - will that poise persist as secondary flavours develop? I just have no experience to be able to tell.
