Saturday, February 17, 2007 - Disgorged October 5, 2006. Original, exciting, special - a nose like no other in champagne, but very Selosse. Yeasty, leesy, nutty oak cask profile with slightly oxidized fruit. This reminds us of Jura, Fino and Burgundy. Still young, so be patient for a couple of years.
