Friday, June 23, 2023 - 125ml from Coravin at Noble Rot Lamb's Conduit Street.

Complex and inviting nose. Sweet violets and spice. Hint of earthiness.
Beautiful acidity and tannins. Multi-layered. Ripe fruit - iron fist velvet glove cliche.
Very long finish.
Something special for me. I am glad I tried it. Still very fresh and I would not have guessed its age.
