Wednesday, November 11, 2009 - Very intense cinnamon aroma upon opening. This gradually subdued with air. Big, structured but forward pinot reminiscent of a Cotes de Nuits wine like Gevrey Chambertin. Good length and substance with pleasant fruit in the background. Seemed fully ready to drink but can last several years.
