Saturday, November 10, 2012 - Mellow and ready to drink now. Red-brown color, still has good fruit. Cherry, cola, and breakfast tea. Decent acidity and long finish. Can pair well with many foods. Had a big family dinner and went with beef short ribs and turkey equally well.
