Friday, August 21, 2009 - Lovely nose of allspice and forest floor. Light-medium body with nice mouthfeel. Moderately tart acidity balanced by soft oakiness. Raspberry and strawberry flavors and a medium finish. Very "Burgundian" in style. I would have liked a slightly longer finish and a little more body but, overall, a very well balanced wine that was quite enjoyable.
