Community Tasting Note

Saturday, February 14, 2015 - Ordered at a restaurant. Decanted about 30 min before tasting. The sommelier warned it might be over the hill but it most definitely was not. This was a beautiful bottle of wine. We did taste alongside a 2004 of the same label and the 2004 was better, with more fruit still showing. But I would not be shy about pouring this 2002 for anyone. That said, there is no point in waiting any longer.
