Sunday, May 20, 2012 - A little cheesy, funky and feral but with some enticing things as well including a big hit of freshly pounded juniper berries and some squishy strawberries. It has a little residual sugar and is packed with plenty of flavour. The finish is crisp with some slightly bitter quinnine notes at the end.
