On first taste, I got creamy blue fruits that faded to chocolate/leather over the course of a few hours. I left the bottle open for about an hour then double decanted back into the bottle; I think that on the remaining one, I will not do that. My preference is for the younger, fruit driven wine, but if you like a mature cali cab, this one is a great option.
