Wednesday, August 17, 2011 - According to the Community this wine is outside its drinking window. With this accepted bias I proceed to accept what this wine has to offer. The grassy and acidic character is gone but the honey and rounded fullness is still a great accompaniment to some quiche appetizers before dinner. Less fresh and lively than the bottle I had last year but still very drinkable. Hint of apples, perhaps pear.
