Friday, January 26, 2007 - Australia Day Dinner (Tagine - Chicago, IL): Soaring nose of ripe, sweet raisiny fruit and toffee. Thick and viscous palate has notes caramel, prunes and fig. Nothing subtle about this wine. Delicious.
