Thursday, October 8, 2015 - PnP. Drank over two days, definitely better on day 2 than in day 1. Requires a long decant, plenty of air, and hearty food. Still maintaining its tannic grip and showing considerable oak. Once it has time to settle, and open, there's plenty of black and red fruit. Dry and a bit austere with a long finish. Additional cells ring will help.
