Friday, February 12, 2016 - Opened this wine five hours before I started drinking it...Wonderful wine for the price. Tastes very young. The fruit and flavor profile is really wonderful. The wine could easily last another five years, but why wait? Also, and this won't surprise anyone, but this wine tastes great with red meat.
