Tuesday, March 29, 2016 - Dark ruby. Forward nose redolent of blackberries and with a touch of graphite. Simple palate with a nice balance of clear juicy fruit and coffee-like tannins, with the light acids playing a supporting role. Concentrated but strictly balanced, not overly fruity or extracted. Great wine to have with a meal. 50 + 16 + 16 + 7.
