Sunday, December 15, 2019 - Lovely wine. Had some sediment at the bottom of the bottle/last pour. Fruit is still present as are the tannins. On the second day the fruit faded faster than the tannins and the nose retreated substantially.
Does that mean it needs to be drunk sooner rather than later?
