Saturday, July 18, 2020 - managed to not listen to my own note of wait a couple years on this and opened my last bottle of this with a flat iron steak from the local butcher. Similar notes but a touch more cohesive than before. honesty could have just been mood but a very nice bottle with an hour decant.
