Thursday, October 9, 2008 - Discovering Wine: A pale, light wine with a nose of lemon and butter. Taste of citrus and butter with apricot on finish at first and green apple on finish as it warmed. A bit different from a normal Chardonnay, has a sweet fruit taste.
