Thursday, October 7, 2021 - Spicy red berry nose at first. Touch of cured meat emerges with time. Rich mouth. Kirsch and licorice on the finish. A bit soft and rounded overall, so would like a touch more tannic grip on the finish. But pretty decent overall.
