Saturday, July 31, 2010 - Châteauneuf-du-Pape tasting: The aromas and flavors of this wine were of brett, scorched earth, spices, tobacco, leather and an unpleasant barnyard. This just isn't for me. I really enjoyed the 07 Beaucastel when I tried it young. I think I just like these before they start to bloom.
