Monday, November 24, 2008 - Full bodied, rich Gewuerztraminer. Aromas of Honeysuckle and other flowers, tropical fruits and honey were apparent. I dont think it will improve with time, but it is at its peak right now.

We had this wine with chicken with pineapples gratinated with cheese and risotto. Very good match.
