Saturday, December 8, 2018 - H2H with the 2005
The 2005 is very fruity, delicate and refined with a rich taste and fully integrated acidity. Stunning.
The 2007 is less fruity and more mineral flinty with a sharper acidity and shorter finish. Very good.
2005 is in a great drinking window now
2007 should be aged longer
